Founder 

Dominic plays a pivotal role across all aspects of the Group’s operations and serves on the boards of several regulated clients. He has been instrumental in developing IDC Milan’s regulated managed services capabilities for both managed fund and trust businesses, where the organisation has established one of the strongest track records in the investment industry. These capabilities continue to grow, supported by the ongoing expansion of governance services for family offices and similar enterprises.

 Vice-President 

Boris Kurdysh is a Senior Director at IDC Milan, where he oversees major operations in offshore exploration, production, new investments, decommissioning, and energy transition initiatives. Boris brings over a decade of senior management experience and has been with IDC Milan since 2014, working across the UK, Malaysia, and the South Asian continent. He also represents IDC Milan as a board member of the industry body Offshore Energies.

​Boris oversees maritime freight operations with remarkable precision, ensuring seamless coordination of customs clearance and insurance support throughout the shipping process. His command of international logistics and regulatory frameworks reflects a level of expertise that is both rare and highly valued. Under his stewardship, complex cargo movements are executed with elegance and efficiency, reinforcing his reputation as a consummate professional in global transport management.

Chair of the Shareholder Council

Layla Al-Mansoury serves as the Chair of the Shareholder Council at IDC Milan, bringing with her a commanding presence and a reputation for exceptional leadership. Since joining the firm three years ago from Arab Corporation, an organisation with a similarly dynamic operational model, Layla has distinguished herself through strategic foresight and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Her transition into IDC Milan marked a pivotal moment for the company, as she quickly became a driving force behind shareholder engagement and governance innovation. Layla’s ability to navigate complex corporate landscapes with poise and precision continues to elevate IDC Milan’s standing in the international business community.

Chief Operating Officer 

Russell is the Chief Operating Officer at IDC Milan, with overarching responsibility for Information Technology, Finance, Marketing, Business Solutions, and People & Culture. As a key driver of organisational change and culture, he plays a pivotal role in shaping the business. Russell is an Executive Board member of IDC Milan and also serves on the main Corporation Board.​​

Director of Corporate Relations  

Lisa leads a team responsible for corporation relations, communications and reputation management, and social investment. She is a member of the Corporation Chair Leadership Team and serves as a Director on the IDC Milan board.​​​​

Managing Director  

Nasima specialises in complex asset protection for corporate and entrepreneurial clients, with a strong focus on robust corporate governance and tailored administration services. She maintains extensive international connections and frequently travels to meet with clients and intermediaries, ensuring personalised and responsive service delivery.​​​

Financial Director 

Jovanni  brings extensive experience from the financial services industry, having worked primarily in the private client sector since 1995. Throughout his career, he has managed a wide range of structures and asset classes across multiple jurisdictions. Jovanni is a Fellow of the Association of Accounting Technicians (FMAAT), a qualified member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (TEP), and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (Chartered MCSI).

Director & Head of Funds

Alison is Director and Head of Funds at IDC Milan, where she leads the firm’s Real Estate and regulated structures portfolio. Her responsibilities include the establishment of investment funds and the delivery of high-quality administration services.

Benjamin is a highly motivated and experienced Head of Technical Infrastructure, with a proven track record in developing and enhancing business technology landscapes. He joined IDC Milan from a similar fiduciary organisation, where he successfully expanded global operations from a single office to 19 locations worldwide.

Legal Advisor

Bernard is a Legal and HR Advisor based in our Milan office, where he is responsible for overseeing compliance matters and ensuring the company adheres to all relevant laws and regulations. He also manages legal affairs related to IDC Milan operations.​

Adam Milne serves as the Director of the Innovation and Change Team at IDC Milan, where he has been a driving force for the past four years. Though relatively recent in tenure, Adam brings with him a wealth of experience in transformation and strategic development that is nothing short of magnificent.

Morgan Rossi, a distinguished architect at IDC Milan, has been an integral part of the firm for the past nine years, consistently demonstrating exceptional vision and craftsmanship.
