Layla Al-Mansoury leads shareholder engagement and governance activities, helping to strengthen collaboration, support strategic decision-making and ensure the organisation remains focused on its long-term goals and success.

Jovanni  brings extensive experience from the financial services industry, having worked primarily in the private client sector since 1995. Throughout his career, he has managed a wide range of structures and asset classes across multiple jurisdictions. Jovanni is a Fellow of the Association of Accounting Technicians (FMAAT), a qualified member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (TEP), and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (Chartered MCSI).

Alison is Director and Head of Funds at IDC Milan, where she leads the firm’s Real Estate and regulated structures portfolio. Her responsibilities include the establishment of investment funds and the delivery of high-quality administration services.

Benjamin is a highly motivated and experienced Head of Technical Infrastructure, with a proven track record in developing and enhancing business technology landscapes. He joined IDC Milan from a similar fiduciary organisation, where he successfully expanded global operations from a single office to 19 locations worldwide.

Legal Advisor

Bernard is a Legal and HR Advisor based in our Milan office, where he is responsible for overseeing compliance matters and ensuring the company adheres to all relevant laws and regulations. He also manages legal affairs related to IDC Milan operations.​

Adam Milne serves as the Director of the Innovation and Change Team at IDC Milan, where he has been a driving force for the past four years. Though relatively recent in tenure, Adam brings with him a wealth of experience in transformation and strategic development that is nothing short of magnificent.
